11 Months!!/ 11 Meses!!

The babies turned 11 months old on Monday! Only one more month until they turn one year old.. hard to believe. Here are some of the things the babies are doing these days:

* Pulling up to kneeling and sometimes standing
* Choosing which foods they want to eat from the ones placed on their trays. Favorites are blueberries and tortilla with cheese
* Saying "ma ma ma" FINALLY! :)
* Crawling EVERYWHERE and getting into EVERYTHING, (did I mention the cat poop incident?)
* Lucca shakes his head 'no' when you try to give him food and his mouth is full
* Mila pulls up on the toy box, peeks over the edge, decides what she wants to play with, and pulls it out!
* Laughing, playing, and fighting with each other
* Following us into different rooms and laughing when they find us
* Playing peek-a-boo with each other behind doors
* Feeding themselves finger foods like Cheerios, blueberries, and tortilla
* Holding their own sippy cups. They've even learned how to tip them back to get the last bit of drink out!
* Waving "hello" and "bye-bye." They especially like to wave to strangers in public, and it melts people's hearts every time.
* Lucca has cut his two front bottom teeth.
* Mila doesn't have any teeth yet.


Los bebes cumplieron 11 meses el lunes pasado. Solo falta un mes para que cumplan un ano. Es dificil de creerlo! Aqui estan unas de las cosas que estan haciendo estos dias:

* Arrodillandose y parandose mientras agarran algo
* Pueden escoger la comida que quieren comer entre la comida que esta en su bandeja. Sus favoritas son arandanos y tortilla con queso
* Dicen "ma ma ma ma" POR FIN!!! :)
* Gatean por TODOS lados y se meten en TODO, (mencione lo que paso con la caca de gato??)
* Lucca dice que no con la cabeza cuando tratas de darle de comer y tiene la boca llena
* Mila se arrodilla junto a su caja de juguetes, se asoma, escoge con que quiere jugar, y lo saca!
* Se rien, juegan, y se pelean uno con el otro
* Nos siguen por dondequiera que nos vayamos y despues se rien cuando nos encuentran
* Juegan a las escondidas uno con el otro atras de las puertas
* Se pueden dar de comer solitos, especialmente Cheerios, arandanos, y tortillas
* Pueden agarrar solitos sus tacitas para tomar de ellas. Hasta saben inclinarlas hacia atras cuando se esta acabando la bebida!
* Saludan con la mano. Les gusta saludar a la gente que vemos en publico y a la gente le encanta! * A Lucca le salieron sus dos dientes de abajo.
* Mila todavia no tiene dientes.
